Legal Assistant Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Draft, review, and advise on contracts for legal protection and risk management. -Assist in contract negotiations and guide staff and management. -Advise on legal implications of internal policies and procedures. -Train staff on legal requirements. -Maintain Corporate Registry for compliance. -Manage litigation and disputes with external lawyers. -Oversee data protection processes. -Handle document execution, storage, and corporate stamps. QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree in Law or related field with 3+ years of legal experience. -Strong relationship management and communication skills. -Experience in government or commercial contract administration. -Skilled in handling sensitive matters. -Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and Adobe PDF. -Quick learner and works well under pressure. -Native in Khmer with good English communication skills.
