Job Responsibilities:
- Daily cashier reports from all departments
- Prepare cash and credit card deposits to the bank
- Prepare receipt voucher based on deposit to the bank
- Prepare sales and income report (weekly and monthly) from all department and outlets
- Prepare tax invoices and deposits for governmental compliance
- Prepare service charge statement supply information to the human resource department end of each month
- Assist in monthly stock taking for the company outlets inventory
- Monitor the issuance and return of bill sequence for sales outlets and passes the other charges to AR Accountant for data input into account receivable system
- Passes the cash and credit card summary to AR Accountant for input into system file all above data, reports and statement
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Knowledge of computer word, excel, and power point
- Good in writing, speaking & listening English.
- Honest, reliable, loyal, responsible and very good team work
