JOB DESCRIPTION Assistant Brand Manager JOB TITLE: Assistant Brand Manager DEPARTMENT: Operation REPORT TO: BM Summary: Asst BM supports and assists BM on daily operation tasks, support sales team, track on sales to achieve the target and brand visibility. This position plays a key part in communicating across all departments, especially the sales team and as well as the franchisor. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Brand: Pandora & Bering - Oversee on store operation - Visual Merchandising - Report and analysis - Administration work 1. Oversee on daily store operation: • Periodically check on daily store operation, store open/close timely. • Handle and support store team on customer complain. • Order spare part from brand principle. • Regularly stores visit. • Check and oversee on store facilities, make sure that all the defects are fixed to maintain the good store look. 2. Visual merchandising • Order the seasonal POSM materials according to brand guideline. • Timely implement the POSM at store to the launching date. • Read and understand the guideline and train to the store team. • Closely work with designer to adapt the necessary artwork. 3. Report and analysis • Monthly reports • Data analysis 4.
