Duties & Responsibilities: • Prepare document submit to customs • Use customs system • Check and confirm draft bill • Check and confirm draft CO • Check duty tax of cargo Import & export Key Responsibilities: • Prepare document apply to (Invoice, Packing list, Bill, and Letter...) • Can use customs system (SSS, CVDS, CNSW...) • Check and confirm draft bill (commodity, Quantity, weight and consignee) • Check and confirm draft CO (commodity, Quantity, weight and consignee hs code of goods, form CO) • Check duty tax of cargo Import & export (Customs price and hs code, calculate MFN & FTA) • Follow up document processing • Follow up Customs system processing • Report to Supervisor Qualifications and Skills: • Can use Microsoft office word, excel, pdf, internet and email • English language can Reading Writing Speaking
