JOB DESCRIPTION - Manage the GM's calendar, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements. - Be the main point of contact for GM regarding internal and external inquiries, emails, and calls. - Help prepare documents and presentations such as draft, review, proofread corresponding, reports, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and other documents as required. - Maintain effective records and files, both hard and soft copies. - Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to assigned tasks. - Provide administrative support such as handling expense reports, and processing documents. - Assist in the planning and organization of meetings, and company-wide activities. - Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by GM. - Be able to travel abroad. JOB REQUIREMENT - Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills with reasonable level of English and Chinese proficiency - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or/and equivalent applications. - The ability to work under pressure, as team, honestly. - Flexibility, adaptability and a strong of accountability.
