JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the GM’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Accompany the GM on external engagements to provide translation support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and record keeping.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders. Handle communication and follow-up on behalf of the GM.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials.
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the GM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Good in Chinese and Khmer languages. .
- Be able to use Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
