Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team at TicTic Bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a lively and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with TicTic Bar’s standards.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and ingredients are stocked.
Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage bar inventory, reporting shortages to the Bar Manager.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Work efficiently during peak hours and maintain a fun yet professional atmosphere.
Handle cash and card payments accurately.
Assist in creating new cocktail recipes and drink specials.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverages.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
