C&B Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary scales, salary reviews, payroll, attendance, pay structures, bonuses, allowances, insurance, and other staff benefits.
2. Verify payroll to ensure the payroll processing for all business units goes smoothly and accurately
3. Standardize the payroll process and procedures for all business units.
4. Manage compensation complaints in compliance with labor law and process payment, if necessary.
5. Design and implement salary schemes, compensation, and benefits policies for the organization.
Key Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or any related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, Payroll, and Reward.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
