COLOR CUP CAMBODIA is hiring Apply Telegram: 0965824xxxClick To Call Job Description • Leading • Act as a role model for the store staff, recruiting, motivating and coaching them to provide best quality services and food to customers • Place customer needs as number one priority, resolving conflicts or complaints in a timely and professional manner • Resolves staff issues sensitively, professionally and in accordance with company’s values • Deploys staff appropriately to various positions within restaurant operations, • Understand staff’s strengths and weakness, and making training plan to improve their abilities to provide better customer service • Maintain motivation, communication within restaurant’s team and a positive working environment to promote a culture of passion, teamwork, and respect • Sales and Marketing • Projects future sales figures, work closely with sales and marketing department in making monthly marketing plan • Closely follow up sales data, make sure all marketing and promotional activities are well-practiced by the service staff • Managing • Monitors customer service and product quality by ensuring well preparations before, during and after operation • Maintains physical environment of restaurant, ensuring cleanliness both inside and outside • Ensures staff understand and maintain appropriate food safety and hygiene standards • Conducts opening and closing POS sales system, ensure correct amounts, and generating daily sales report • Conducts closing inventories, ensuring accurate records of all stocks of drinks, beers, and operational equipment such as utensils, plates, glasses etc. • Work collaboratively with kitchen department to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. • Completing operating checklists as required • Reporting • Monitor daily purchasing and stock control reports • Manage all sales and marketing related reports • Control on staff attendance, making compliance HR documents and monthly staff roasters • Performs other functions related to managing and those, which may be assigned from time to time Job Requirements • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or lower degree (Not Essential) • Proven work experience in a restaurant setting • Demonstrated management and customer service skills • Strong personalities, including self-motivated, flexible, problem solving and communication skills • Willing to work under pressure • Be able to understand basic written and spoken English • Computer knowledge, Ms. Word, Excel and Internet
