Business Development Officer (BD)
Salary Structure: Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Allowances + Commission
Salary Range: up to $800–$1,000+
Job Requirements
- Ambitious and Eager to Learn: Motivated to enhance personal growth and skills through business and sales work.
- Stress Resilience: Able to handle the pressure of market expansion tasks (fieldwork) and maintain a positive attitude to efficiently complete tasks.
- Relationship Building: Skilled in networking and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication; capable of effectively engaging with individuals at all levels.
- Strong Sense of Responsibility: Dedicated to leveraging company resources to solve client issues and deliver exceptional service.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or above; prior experience in sales or market expansion is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Collect and organize relevant data to support business decision-making.
- Target Market Analysis: Analyze market needs and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Client Acquisition: Actively seek new clients and partners through various channels, expanding business opportunities.
- Client Communication: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, introduce company products or services, and foster cooperation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, gathering feedback, and improving satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiation: Conduct business negotiations with clients or partners, discussing terms, pricing, and service content to secure favorable collaboration terms.
- Project Sales Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of business development projects, including planning, progress tracking, resource coordination, and problem resolution, ensuring on-time and quality completion.
- Reporting and Improvement: Regularly report work progress and outcomes, propose practical suggestions and improvement measures, and complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
