The Casino Dealer is responsible for operating table games in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner while maintaining the integrity of the game and providing exceptional service to guests. Dealers must have excellent knowledge of the games they deal, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and promote a fun and fair gaming experience. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct assigned table games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, Craps) efficiently, accurately, and according to house rules and regulatory requirements. • Handle chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment with speed and precision. • Ensure game security and report suspicious behavior or potential violations immediately. • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming environment. • Answer questions and explain game rules to guests when appropriate, without providing strategic advice. • Monitor players and betting patterns to identify possible advantage play or cheating. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times. • Communicate with the pit boss and supervisors about issues or unusual activity. • Balance all chips and cash accurately at the end of shift or game. • Attend ongoing training sessions and maintain knowledge of all table games offered. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience as a dealer preferred but not required (training may be provided). • Proficiency in at least one table game; knowledge of multiple games is a plus. • Ability to perform quick mental arithmetic. • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required by local jurisdiction. • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset. ________________________________________ Working Conditions: • Work performed in a casino environment with exposure to noise, crowds, and smoke. • Must be able to stand for extended periods. • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
