Requirements:
1. Reply to customer information in a timely and accurate manner, including but not limited to telegram, telephone, app system information, etc.
2.Accurately convey customer needs to the sales department and medical department in real time in order to respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
3. Dealing with customer complaints: including but not limited to various online and offline problems
4.Assist in translation, recruitment and other matters
5. Other work temporarily arranged by the leader
Requirements: Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing
2 days off in a week
Salary: 380-600
There is a KPI assessment award at the end of the month and a year-end award at the end of the year
Working hours: 8:30AM -12:30pm
14:00-6:30PM
