Job Description:
1. Social Media Content: Create and manage engaging posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
2. Video & Photo Production: Capture and edit short-form and long-form video content, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and promotional materials.
3. Copywriting: Write compelling captions, blog posts, artist bios, press releases, and marketing copy.
4. Music Promotion: Develop creative campaigns to promote new releases, concerts, and brand partnerships.
5. Trend Research: Stay updated on digital trends, viral content, and industry best practices to maximize audience engagement.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with artists, graphic designers, and marketing teams to align content with brand identity.
7. Analytics & Optimization: Track content performance and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics and audience feedback.
8. Live Streaming & Engagement: Host live sessions, Q&A interviews, and interactive content to increase fan engagement.
9. Podcast & Blog Content (Optional): Assist in creating and managing music-related podcasts or blog content.
10. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and fan interactions to maintain a strong online presence.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience one year in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong writing skills and ability to craft engaging, on-brand messaging.
• Experience in managing and growing social media channels.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
