• Process daily customers’ bookings received on MYMSC/ direct EDI, Intra system, and/or email; • Manage daily bookings in accordance with equipment and space availability; • Coordinate with Sales Department to verify on agreed service contracts to enquire validity of rates before acceptance of bookings; • Coordinate with logistics department on container pick up and follow; • Handle customer’s inquiries / requests on email & phone call in a timely manner.
