Roles & Responsibilities
- Deposit/withdraw
- Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Organize and track documentation
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer complaints
- Generate reports and prepare as required by upper management
- Track and follow up all customer requests promptly
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Handle calls from difficult customers in a professional manner
- File documents in customer electronic files
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
