Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to interact with customers, provide information about products and services, and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Achieve customer satisfaction goals by delivering outstanding support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Proficient in English (Chinese and English are preferred).
- Proficient in basic computer operations, relevant experience is preferred.
- Obey management rules and quickly integrate into the team.
- Motivated and have good learning ability.
