Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer with a strong background in both architecture and interior design. The ideal candidate will support the design team through all phases of project development – from conceptualization and visualization to technical drawings and material selections. You will contribute to design excellence across a range of project types while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development
-Assist in the development of design concepts for architectural and interior projects.
-Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E selections.
-Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD and BIM tools.
Visualization & Documentation
-Create presentations, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design intent.
-Prepare design documentation for client presentations, approvals, and construction.
-Assist in developing construction drawings, elevations, and joinery details.
Coordination & Support
-Collaborate with senior designers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
-Participate in site visits, surveys, and design coordination meetings.
-Research materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture in line with project requirements.
Education & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
-1–5 years of experience in a design role (internship or full-time).
-Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
-Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, and MS Office.
-Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
-Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
-Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
