Job Description:
- Content Creation: Develop and create compelling and relevant content for social media, marketing collateral, including presentations, product descriptions, and website content.
- Advertising and Promotion: Coordinate advertising campaigns across various online channels, such as print, digital, and social media. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising and promotional activities.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing communications materials. Work closely with the regional communication and local agency team to create visually appealing and impactful assets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences and inform management. Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations for future marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing communications budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
- Design Creations for marketing materials and literature (i.e. web design, flyers, brochures, posters, mixed materials, etc.)
- Ensure timely of artwork design to be finished and satisfy with the promotion’s purpose
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Designs or related fields.
- 2 years of related working experience
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office: word, Excel, internet and Email)
- Can drive and able to travel to provinces
- Willing to learn and can work under pressure
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and teamwork
