- To support on planning and to executes on company’s digital media platforms including social media, website, SEO, database marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns;
- To design and create media contents for company’s digital media platforms;
- To communication with customers on social media by reply chats and comments;
- To measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goal (ROI and KPIs);
- To identify digital trends, media insights for optimizing expenses and performances based on the insights;
- To brainstorm and initiate new and creative growth activities through digital marketing;
- To collaborate and coordinate with internal and external teams (agencies and other vendor partners) for operating the digital campaigns successfully;
- To utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
- To identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels; and
- To perform others tasks assigned by supervisor.
