Key Responsibilities
- Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary
- Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel
- Overseeing hiring and development of nursing staff
- Communicating with families, residents, and physicians as needed
- Developing a business plan and budget for the nursing unit
- Participating in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
- Ensuring the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Guide staffing procedures
- Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
- Organize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care procedures
- Promoting the mission of the facility
- Developing monthly work-plan/schedule for Nurse Department in consultation management team and Nurses Team leaders/mangers.
- Providing technical feedback to improve existing system to ensure high nurse team performance
- Monitoring on staff uniform, hygiene and attendance.
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly report to management team.
- Circulating updated information from Management Team to Nurses Team leaders/managers
- Attending staff and management meeting
- Other tasks assigned by CEO.

Qualification:
- Master’s degree or Degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus
- Experience as director of nursing or Manager
- Great communication and people skills
