Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the development of the company's mobile game product operation plan and follow-up throughout the process 2. Responsible for managing the project lifecycle, analyzing product sales, and designing marketing activities 3. Collect user feedback, analyze user behavior and consumption habits, and provide game improvement suggestions from a market operation perspective 4. Pay attention to the industry market, conduct competitor analysis, including product analysis, channel analysis, and operational strategy analysis, and regularly issue operational optimization plans 5. Planning, execution, effect evaluation and tracking of online and offline activities.
Job requirements: 1. Education is not limited, nationality is not limited, Indian nationality is preferred; 2. Have operated India project mature experience, have project management experience from 0 to 1, have management team experience; 3 . Love the game business, can keenly grasp the third-party platform market and related industry trends of mobile games ; 4 . Like the game, familiar with the player's psychology, understand the player's behavior habits ; 5 . Have a certain understanding of the game and project development links (products, art, programs), and have good communication skills ; 6 . Those who have more than 1 year of operation experience in Internet game companies or mobile online game companies are preferred ;
