Marketing Leader
• Market & project monitoring • Market research to understand the market, competitors, customer journey & behavior. • Work closely with brokers, sales men & sales agents to update the market trend, market information. • Analysis the sales result, customer profile to evaluate and suggest the new direction for next marketing campaign. • Making monitoring report, evaluation report after each campaign and update the plan to ensure the quality of campaigns. • Marketing plan • Coordinate with the Sales Department to create an overall marketing plan. • Campaign deployment and management • Develop and manage campaigns including events, social media, communication follow the master plan. • Work closely with clients’ internal communication team • Work closely with clients’ executive teams, preparing speaking points and creating formal documents outlining speaking engagements • Sales and marketing materials production: • Working with vendor/agencies to order & manage marketing materials: Sales kit, CGIs, Rendering video, miniature, Video clips, mock-up units… • Budget plan and management: • Develop marketing budget for the Project, control and evaluate the implementation of the approved budget. • Carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating, and implementing projects
