Field Promoting Assistant

Responsibility:
- Be able to travel to the field and do demo or trail of company’s products to the farmers
- Be able to design and perform of demonstration plan for company staff to conduct the
demo, and monitoring the results from each staff
- Search for the good Ai or new Ai which might be good to apply in local market
- Annual new products testing and update to the management team about results
- Regular promoting plan for each season and follow-up
- Maintain good relationship with key farmers & depots of each province
- Design the combination of pesticides mixture of each key area
- Other tasks that assigned by managers

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Agriculture or a related field
- Having experiences at least 2 years
- Excellent Interpersonal communication written and spoken skills in English/Khmer
- Have to work under pressure, self-discipline, and be able to do the mission travel over 20
days during the season.
- Driving license B is required
