Requirement
-Degree in accounting, finance or related field, ACCA qualification is an advantage
- 4 or more years in accounting and finance field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, auditor experience is an advantage
- In depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standard and Cambodian tax regulation
- Advanced level in Ms. Word, Excel, powerpoint and Quickbook
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking skills and financial forecasting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- High responsibilities and commitment
- Ability to work under pressures
- Good command of English and Chinese in both writing and speaking.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the effectiveness of internal control of finance department
- Develop procedures and approaches in accordance with accounting standards and regulation
- Manage accounting transactions by book keeping in Quickbook
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial report ensuring completenss, accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review
- Review bank reconciliation and cash count on a monthly basis
- Review account receivables and account payables
- Review monthly and annual tax declaration
- Review and approve operational documents such as invoices, payments, petty cash expenses
- Tracking daily cash flow and make necessary bank payments
- Deal and support internal, external and tax auditor to carry out financial and tax review
- Corporate with law consultant and underwriter on pre-IPO preparation
- Other tasks assinged by the top management.
