Fixed Assets Controller (Stock Controller) JD: - Monitor of controls, guidance to staff the procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets of Head office have been purchased. - Assist the Purchasing officer to monitor and verify to Ensure all Head Office Fixed assets items are compliant with PO. - Prepare Fixed Assets Handover letter and cooperate with all departments to ensure they comply with Fixed asset procedure and regulations of the bank's policy. - Prepared Monthly Fixed assets reports such as Fixed assets newly purchased, Fixed asset movement, loss or damage, and disposal is up to date information. - Monthly verifying HO- fixed asset and updated from the Finance department. - Conduct timely Bi-annual and annual physical fixed assets counting of head office to validate the accuracy of records with the Finance department and respective departments. - Coordinate fixed asset labels and regular updates with the finance department and respective departments on fixed assets of Department or Branches. - Monitor Head office fixed asset acquisitions, transfer, and write-off of whether fixed assets should be disposed of. - Handle tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
JR: - Male (21-26years old) - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, stock control or related file. - At lease experience in Fixed assets management or stock.
