The Nail Bar and The Nail Bar Plus is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. Are you or someone you know looking for a full time job in a supportive and fun environment?
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day salon operations and customer intake procedures • Work as a team with salon staff in providing high levels of Customer service • Promote services, products, and discounts on social media • Answer messages and appointment requests • Coordinate bookings with technicians • Order products and replenish stocks • Receive payments from clients and keep records of expenses • Keep employees working schedules up to date • Manage Social Media platforms
Requirements:
• Proven work experience in Beauty/Nail salons or similar role • Good knowledge of English • Great communication and organizational skills • Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
If you speak good English and you are friendly, we want to meet you! There are lots of opportunities for growth and free mani and pedi. Salary is negotiable.
