a.Customer Services: Identify problems with solutions, greeting customers & general services, buildstrong relations with parents & students with excellent communication b.School Programs & other Services: Introduce parents and students to any school programs that suitbest for their needs and wants including academic program, international studies, extra-curricularactivities, day care, food services, transportation, etc. c.Lost and Found Service: keep record, manage lost and found items d.Admission & Enrollment: Enrollment, registration, school management system, payments, studentinterviewing & Placement, application & documents, student ID & Parent pick up card, etc. e.Sale: set and meet sale targets f.Customer Relation Management: Keep record of customer visit & enrollment, follow up & feedback g.PR & Marketing: Public Relation, events, competitions, media, social media, SWOT analysis, businesssurvey & expansion. Prepare & deliver other school flyers and other related activities h.Media: Like, share, comment on all photos and videos of the school on social media and encouragestudents and team members to do so i.Parents: Identify problems with solutions, counseling service, communication, relationship, generalservices, community, support, etc. j.Stock: Manage the stock and inventory including books, uniforms, photocopy k.Purchasing: purchase immediate office supplies l.Call Center: Communicate courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face m.Events & Meeting: Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events includingnotation, agenda, room set up including desks, chairs, slide, projector, water, snacks, and clean up aftermeeting D. OTHER DUTIES a.Respect and act according to school’s vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies andguidelines b.Conduct, attend all meeting & training required by the organization c. Cooperate well with other departments and Campuses d. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the immediate manager e. Perform other duties as required. E. REPORT a. Customer visit record via phone call, FB page, and walk in (daily, week, month, term, year) b. Customer feedback via phone call, FB page, and walk in (daily, week, month, term, year) c. Student number of enrollment, dropped and transferred (Week, month, term, year) d. School events, academic activities, and other related activities (month, term, year) e. Stock & inventory reports including books, uniforms, & other materials (term, year) f. Paper management (month, term, year) g. Student information analysis and survey (month, term, year)
