The founder serves as the chairman of the Cambodia Tourism Federation and has led numerous tourism projects in Cambodia. Frangipani Villa offers a unique blend of modern luxury and local charm. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing receptionist duties, ensuring excellent customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining effective communication within the team. Daily tasks include supervising front office staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Receptionist Duties and Reservations experience Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to work well in a team Detail-oriented and highly organized Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or higher education qualification in related field
