[Job responsibilities] 1. Be responsible for the overall operation and management of the credit technology sector, formulate the development plan and operation strategy of the credit tech sector according to the company's strategy and business plan; 2. Be responsible for opportunities capture and market development in the credit business area, and continuously enhance market share; 3. Lead the team in accomplishing operational tasks, guide the team in setting annual, quarterly, and monthly operational management goals, and urge completion; 4. Coordinate resources to ensure the overall control of project progress, planning, quality, safety, cost and efficiency, and efficiently complete business delivery; 5. Be responsible for the overall planning, construction, and motivation of departmental teams, cultivate business cadres, and continuously improve teamwork enthusiasm and work efficiency; 6. Financial institutions are rich in resources and responsible for external cooperation communication and internal coordination, including but not limited to financial institutions, regulatory agencies, etc. [Requirements for the position] 1. Bachelor's degree and above, 5 years or more experience in financial technology, 3 years or more team management experience with more than 100 people; (1) Good at English and Chinese. 2. Deeply understand the direction of the credit business, have sharp observation and logical thinking, and grasp the trends of customers and competitors. 3. Has a good business awareness, and can statistically analyze various types of data in the department, proposing optimization and improvement programs, and continuously improving the department's operational efficiency; 4. Has extensive experience in credit project implementation, familiar with the credit project execution process, architectural design, business modeling, system analysis, performance optimization, and security design of credit systems, and the ability to plan and implement projects. 5. Has strong project management capabilities, communication and coordination capabilities, plan execution capabilities, judgment and decision-making capabilities, and organizational management capabilities. It can resolve major project issues within its jurisdiction on time. 6. Be honest, have a high degree of responsibility, work proactively, be good at managing and cultivating business cadres, and have a strong ability to resist pressure.
