I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Daily track on truck locations by GPS system. 2. Work with GPS company to fix GPS which doesn’t work. 3. Regularly monitor truck driver performance and do report to related party and respond all required if any. 4. Monitor on truck trip from PNH to Province or Province to PHN in very morning and afternoon 5. Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers. 6. Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action. 7. Co-ordinating and responding to emergency situations. 8. Liaising with drivers, operations personnel and management. 9. Developing and presenting daily management reports. 10. Coordinate to measure kilometer of trip for operations and fuel team. 11. Other tasks shall be assigned by line manager. II. REQUIREMENT • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any other relevant field. • Experience in data report (GPS Tracking system, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point). • Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organization. • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline. • Excellent communication skills Analytical self-starter. • Good geographic knowledge of Cambodia area. • Road transport background preferred.
