Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creativity, and the ability to produce visually stunning content across various mediums. This role involves graphic design, photography, videography, and collaborating with the team to bring creative ideas to life. * Responsibilities: 1. Graphic Design • Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements. • Develop brand identities, logos, and marketing collateral that align with the company’s vision and guidelines. • Design user-friendly layouts for websites, apps, and other digital platforms. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns and promotions. 2. Creative Conceptualization • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and projects. • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table. • Translate abstract ideas into visually engaging designs. 3. Photography and Videography • Plan and execute photo and video shoots for products, events, and marketing campaigns. • Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality visuals. • Shoot and edit videos, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media content. • Manage and organize a library of visual assets (photos, videos, and graphics). 4. Talent Collaboration • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external partners (photographers, models, agencies) to execute creative projects. • Direct and guide talent during photo and video shoots to achieve desired outcomes. • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and team meetings. 5. Project Management • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates. • Maintain consistency in branding and design across all platforms. * Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. • Experience: o 2+ years of experience in graphic design, photography, and videography. o A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and multimedia projects. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). o Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). o Knowledge of photography and videography equipment and techniques. • Soft Skills: o Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. • Bonus Skills: o Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects, Blender, etc.). o Experience with 3D modeling or UI/UX design.
