Are you passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for young travellers? We are looking for our next manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Karma Traders Kampot. Main Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 25+ staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences - Oversee all guest reservations to optimise occupancy - Improve processes to maximise operational efficiency - Manage housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism - Actively promote events, special offers, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences and increase sales - Create a positive work environment and provide leadership and support to the team Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality is essential (min. 2-years in a customer-facing Management role) - Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed - Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus - Proficiency in Khmer is preferred (but not essential) Please note that our guests are young travellers (ages 18-35) and we are looking for a like-minded individual to make meaningful connections and create a memorable experiences.
