Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, creating and updating menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring all food served meets high-quality standards. The role involves sourcing ingredients, maintaining inventory, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Head Chef will also be involved in staff training and managing kitchen budgets.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in culinary arts and as a Head Chef Proficiency in creating diverse, high-quality menus Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in luxury resorts or fine-dining establishments is a plus Culinary degree or equivalent qualification
