Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives. - Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and key stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence. - Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. - Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring high standards of service. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions. Qualifications & Requirements: - 10 years of sales experience in the real estate industry in Cambodia. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams. - In-depth knowledge of the Cambodian real estate market, pricing, and regulations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
