HR &Admin Executive

SV Trucking is a well-establish road freight transport company located its office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The business transports variety of general cargo and goods, as well as offers a dedicated overnight road freight service across Cambodia. Due to its business operations development SV Trucking is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fulfil the position of Admin & HR Executive in Phnom Penh. I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): • Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and corporate guidelines. • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. • Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for employees, emphasizing accident prevention and emergency response. • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrence. • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the garage meets all environmental regulations and standards. • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the Garage Prey sor and Fuel station at Baku, HQ and other designated area meets all environmental regulations and standards. 2. Human Resources: • Recruit driver, kunkla and staff to be on time following to KPI Setting (45days Max.) and update in daily basis with stockholder on Headcount needs. Assist in the development and implementation of employee health and wellness programs. • Work closely with the HR department to promote a culture of safety, awareness, and compliance among employees. • Keep up to date master list driver and kunkla and make sure data must accuracy for all movement information of staff, driver and kunla such as resign, change truck plate number or new driver per designated area. There are two submission for the movement report, the 1st submission shall be submitted to Com & Ben team by 20th and the 2nd submission is on 25th. • Record all the accident cases which is related to loan of driver and kunkla from related Telegram group and tracking the case to make sure when they leave the company, the loan shall be settled • All leave request from driver and kunkla directly to HRA, HRA need to check with their line manager beforehand them the permission form. • Keep track on expiry date of driver' license and inform to driver and related party to get the valid driving license 3. Administration: • Monitor office to keep it in tidy and manage working environment and hygiene. • Facilitate on meeting arrangement, training, event management etc. 4. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by direct supervisor. II. JOB REQUIREMENT: • Bachelor degree in business management or related fields • Three (03) or more years of administrative experiences • Good organizational and time management skills. • A strong desire to work in a team and deal with challenges • Good negotiation and internal & external relationship building • Good communication & negotiation skills • Friendly personality, patient, tactful, and approachable • Proficiency in English and computer skills, Microsoft Office III.
