RECRUITMENT: o Advertising job announcement in Recruitment Website, Recruiting Agencies, Banner, Information board and other related resources. o Collecting CV and scheduling with candidate for interview o Doing short-list, selecting process, and verify with HRM & HOD for approval. o Ensure on time for recruitment base on manpower requisition. o Prepares employment contract for new employee. o Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation, induction program, training program. o Performance Evaluation: ▪ Follow up on staff probation evaluation conducted by Head of Department. ▪ Ensure evaluations is followed the procedure correctly. ▪ Ensure evaluations is completed on time with acknowledge by staff, HOD, OM, HR and approval by COO ADMISTRATION: o Administration Form: ▪ Assist to drafting, creating ALL kind of administration form for internal use. ▪ Ensure administration forms are used and followed the procedure correctly. o Memo & Announcement: ▪ Assist in preparing and issue ALL kinds of memo, announcement, application letter. ▪ Maintain and update memo, announcement, application letter into database. o Employee Benefits and Privileges: ▪ Add & Delete employee for insurance (FORTE) company & NSSF. ▪ Process claim report and send to insurance (FORTE) company & NSSF. ▪ Process visas extend and booking air ticket (holiday) for expat staff. ▪ Follow up & renew rental contract with landlord for staff accommodation. ▪ Monthly inspection with staff rental house. o Public Administration Compliance: ▪ Ensure Labor Compliance is practice in place and update new prakas or announcement of Ministry of Labor ▪ Making a closed liaison with government departments, and ministries. ▪ Assist to prepare document to renew: • Tourism License (Ministry of Tourist) • Hygiene Certificate, Logo of good hygiene practice (Ministry of Health) • Logo License (Phnom Penh Capital Hall) • Fire Extinguisher License (Fire Department) • Others ▪ Ensure all documents are renewed on time before expiration date. ▪ Maintain and update schedule in database of task related with public department and ministries. ▪ Other tasks related with government departments. o Documentation & Report: ▪ Maintain and update Staff Master List. ▪ Maintain and update Organization Chart. ▪ Maintain and update HR Dashboard. ▪ Maintain and update Staff’s Profile with necessary supported document. ▪ Maintain and update Staff Accommodation List. ▪ Maintain and update Master Enroll Report. ▪ Maintain and update Staff Recruitment Progress Report. ▪ Maintain Outlet Roster into database. ▪ Maintain manager monthly & weekly calendar activities in database. ▪ Submit admin petty cash to account and update into database. ▪ Submit monthly & weekly calendar activities and update into database. ▪ Ensure all reports are submitted based on a timeline and updated. ▪ Ensure all document files are stored in the proper file cabinet with differences of the file categories. o Payroll: ▪ Assist HRM to complete payroll process for all Retail Brands. ▪ Ensure payroll is issued on time base on company policy. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: ▪ Supervises employees’ training and ensures adequate development for employees. ▪ Produces and prepares a wide variety of training materials. ▪ Supports Training Section by recommending improvements to training and processes to ensure material remains fresh and relevant.
