KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Supervise the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll submissions. Handle complex payroll issues and coordinate with finance.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including job adverts, interview scheduling, resume screening, and coordination of interview panels.
- Oversee the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring they are welcomed and fully integrated into the company.
- Develop, update, and distribute company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure the HR database is accurately maintained with new hire information and any updates.
- Address complex employee inquiries, manage travel arrangements, process expense forms, and resolve HR issues.
- Create and present regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee attendance, and HR activities to management.
- Provide guidance and training to HR-Admin staff. Conduct performance appraisals and support career development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.
- Proven work experience in the HR field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Deep understanding of labor laws, HR procedures, and payroll management.
