• Manage and oversea HR/Admin Job Function. • Mange and oversea Quality Assurance Auditor ISO 9001-2005 full function. • Manager and oversea control services quality for clients. • Lead Team to ensure delivery of an excellent and accurate HR Operation services to customers. • Supervise the delivery of HR Operations, managing the workflow to ensure, accurate, high quality and timely provision of services to all customers within HR Dept., across the facilities management. • Manage and ensure other member of management team with budget management, processing orders and invoices using a procurement system, following financial regulation and procedures at all the times. • Manage and make sure for customer satisfaction survey is met requirement for ISO 9001-2005. • Problem and Solving staff issue when conflict happened. • Manage staff Compliance labor low and Compliance Safety. • Conduct Monthly meeting with concerned Related departments to identify areas of improvement. • Conduct Monthly meeting with client for services improvement. • Another task is assigned by President
