-To lead in revising/developing and implementing Human Resources Management strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the business needs
-Develop and oversee the recruitment process to ensure recruitment quality staff accordance

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years' experience in HR roles
-Strong understanding of HR policy
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English and Khmer
-Good communications and interpersonal skills
-Good Team player and organizational ability
-Ability to work under pressure
-Be honest, flexible, responsible, smart and hardworking
-Knowledge skills in Microsoft office and other system

Inventory Management: - Manage inventory levels to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability. - Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate stock takes. 6. Marketing and Community Engagement: - Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions and events. - Build relationships with the local community to enhance brand presence. Qualifications: ➢ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred. ➢ Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management or a similar role. ➢ Strong leadership and team management skills. ➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ➢ Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office. ➢ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
