JOB DESCRIPTION
- Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
-Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
- Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
Developing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
- Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
-Assist on compliance tasks implementation by processing into MOLVT system such as enterprise registration, staff
movement declaration, quota, work permit, health check, employment book.
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and pay equity
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
- Conduct research on competitor or market PayScale
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
-Other assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a compensation and benefits manager or in a related role.
Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Excellent communication, organizational skills and a highly maintain on confidential.
