Job Opportunity Position: HSE Admin • Job Term : Full Time • Number of Hiring : 1 Pax (Local) • Job Location : Sihanouk Ville, Cambodia • Qualification : Bachelor Degree or Its Equivalent • Sex : Female • Age : 24 - 30 • Salary range : USD 500 to USD 700 Job Descriptions
• Implement HSE reports and documentation based on Company HSE Management System • Compile and submit internal Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report • Compile and submit external report to Client • Update and monitor Inspection and Observation Register • Record HSE equipment register • Record work equipment and operator list • Maintain HSE records and reports • Update, control and maintain PPE record • Liaised with Procurement Department in maintaining all HSE related Purchase Request • Assist and support in emergency case
Requirements: • Strong administrative and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient in Excel, including basic formulas. • Good in English, both written and spoken. Must be able to communicate effectively in English with all stakeholders. • May require some overtime or weekend work (if needed). • Preferred Female, Max 30 years old. Benefits: • Working days from Monday to Saturday (5.5 days) • Monday to Friday from 08:00am – 17:00pm • Saturday from 08:00am – 16:00pm • Insurance (NSSF & Forte) • Have PH,AL etc….
