JOB PURPOSE
To work with the Senior Executive, Student Affairs, Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy Co., Ltd. (SCIA). The Officer, Student Affairs, reports to the Senior Executive, Student Affairs, and is responsible for:
• Assisting with the administrative processes for SCIA to ensure smooth operations and good customer satisfaction, including, though not limited to, collection of fee payments by customers
• Engaging customers and addressing students’ and parents’ feedback and concerns
• Supporting the Academic and Student Admission Teams in communicating school announcements and information to parents and students
Job Responsibilities
• Performing a variety of administrative duties to support the running of the front desk, including reception and SCIA.
• Provide support to customers, ranging from inquiries, documents (verification letters, records of enrolment, school reports, family passes, certificates, etc), referral to relevant SCIA staff, etc
• Sorting and filing of records, documents, mail, and other materials
• Prepare documentation – letters, reports, lists, and rosters for internal and external use
• Create, update, and maintain student records, documentation, and results
• Operate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) to enter, retrieve, or archive information
• Work with other divisions to support external and internal events
• Answer telephone calls and emails with clarity and professionalism
• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; Answer or refer inquiries to the right department
• Coordinating the correspondences within SCIA and visitors, vendors, and parent communication
• Coordinating the morning arrival of the students with the attendance record and reporting to the student affairs team
• Coordinate the late drop-off of small students by escorting them to the right classrooms for small students.
• Coordinating the school dismissal procedures for all students, including but not limited to the logistics, paperwork, and communication of the early dismissal students
• Coordinating the late pick-up of students on a daily basis
• Coordinating the Lost and Found procedure as a receiver, keeper, tracker
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintains good communication and workflow amongst work teams by gathering feedback and communicating with them to take corrective actions
• Perform other functions as necessary or assigned by the Reporting Officer
• Assist the Reporting Officer in any projects or tasks in relation to company goals and objectives.
• Participate in management meetings and school-wide events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic Education / Training / Experience
• A degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Currently in 4th year or a recent graduate
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English and Khmer (spoken and written) and Chinese speaking is a plus
Benefit and internship conditions.
• 6 months period
• Working hours: Mon-Sat (morning), 7:30 AM -4:00 PM and Sat 7:30AM – 12:30PM
• Upon successful completion of the internship, there may be opportunities for advancement within the company.
• Monthly allowance will be provided.
• Public Holiday per labour law
