We are a Microfinance company. We are looking for an eligible Internal Audit Manager. ●Job requirement 1. The preparation of strategic audit plans and annual audit plans. 2. Identify priorities and measure existing risks in the company. 3. Develop the best way to gather audit evidence and prepare relevant documents. - Determine how to conduct an audit and what to do. - Strengthen and implement interpersonal relationships and develop team knowledge during the audit. 4. Summarize and analyze reports. - Recommend the weakness of the operation or the institution as a whole. 5. Report to the Internal Audit Committee. - Train, guide and advise all staff regarding the audit method. 6. Develop policies and procedures related to internal audit work. ●Requirement experience 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Science, Statistics, Information Technology or related fields 2. Have experience in audit work and internal control systems or other related 3. Have knowledge and understanding of audit work and internal control system 4. Knowledge of risk management 5.
