POSITION : International Primary Teacher (Native speaker)
Working Hour : 7:30 am – 4:30 pm from Monday – Friday (1-hour lunch break)
Salary : Competitive salary and benefit packages based on performance
LOCATION : #130, Street 1011 corner 1978, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and deliver dynamic, student-centered English lessons for primary-level students according to Singapore curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Implement effective classroom management suitable with the students’ age group
- Create positive learning environment for the students.
- Regularly monitor students’ learning and behavioral progresses and work with the academic department to provide on time intervention for students who are not on track.
- Conduct the meeting with the parents about the student’s academic/behavior if requested from the parents.
- Conduct the parent-teacher meetings per the school’s academic calendar.
- Join the school’s events and professional development
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor/management team.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Native English speaker (from UK, US, Australia, etc.)
• Bachelor degree of education/English/linguistic/equivalent degree
• Teaching license or teaching certification
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of teaching experience
• Uphold professionalism at work with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Have genuine passion in teaching young learners.
