🔍 Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Stock Controller to manage and maintain our inventory levels across the admin warehouse. You will be responsible for tracking stock movements, conducting regular counts, preventing shortages or overstock, and ensuring inventory accuracy at all times.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control inventory levels on a daily basis.
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts; reconcile physical stock with system records.
Record and update all stock movements (receipts, transfers, returns, adjustments).
Investigate and report any discrepancies or inventory variances.
Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to forecast stock needs.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all stock.
Assist in inventory audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
Generate regular inventory reports for management.
✅ Requirements: Proven experience as an inventory controller, stock keeper, or warehouse clerk.
Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems (e.g., ERP).
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, inventory systems).
High school diploma or higher; logistics or supply chain training is a plus.
🎯 Preferred Qualities: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with garment or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
