Job Description - Assist staff with hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective troubleshooting. - Support the setup and maintenance of network systems, including troubleshooting connectivity issues. - Provide overall IT support to all users in internal & external and other System Applications - Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN). Configure and install network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls. - Other tasks assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements - Studying or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other relevant field - IT support-specific skill (network, technical support) - Maintaining PC in working station - Good knowledge of technology and service management - Availability of report and presentation in English & Khmer - Good command of English
