- Support ERP System implementation
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Testing and implementing system solutions
- ERP Operation support
- Support system setup and configuration for new store/outlet setup.
- Support on Master Data Controller (MDC) and System promotion setup.
- providing training and support to users.
- Available to remote support after working hours/weekend.
- ERP System improvement.
- Creating procedures to improve the existing systems.
=>Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 1+ years experience in system development
- Experience with database management system
- Understanding software development life cycle
- Analytical Thinking
- Understanding Finance/Accounting concept
- Good command of both written and spoken English
=>Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, systems development, or a related field.
=>Knowledge Responsibilities:
- ERP system setup and configure, ERP system operation support and training.
