・Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
・5 years worked experience in manufacturing or related
・Be able to work overtime as company’s requested
・Proficiency with Ms Office computer related the fields

Assist to Chief of Accountant Experience • Working background of taxation or accounting • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance • Enough capability for Quickbook and Excel • Experience in accounting and auditing firms (priority) Remark: Need Someone who can Communicate Interviews and tasks in basic English. Key Responsibilities • Be responsible to manage a team. • Monitor daily operation, provide appropriate guidance and identify areas of improvement. • Assign/Monitor task to payment executive. • Observe daily performance of team member & new joiner. • Immediate resolve any special incident occur by following company’s SOP. (Special enquiry & bank related issues). • Immediate escalation of special issue (create ticket) to the respective person in charge. • Monitor & manage funds liquidity, bank account or payment gateway for smooth operation. • Conduct end of shift cut-off & account scrutinization, update bank balance and tally reconciliation report. • Monitor & update team member’s KPI. • Timely prepare & update all kinds of reports required. • Any other task assigned by supervisor from time to time.
