Anti Social Hours Co LTD is a rapidly growing company specializing in hospitality, entertainment, events, and food & beverage services, both in-house and through delivery. We operate across three sites in Phnom Penh, including Garage Sale, an American comfort food restaurant with a full bar; TicTic / តិចៗ, a cozy, vibrant cocktail bar spanning three floors with a range of entertainment options; and a delivery kitchen housing three food brands, all based in BKK1.
TicTic / តិចៗ is our latest venture into Phnom Penh’s dynamic cocktail scene. Featuring a well-stocked bar, our menu offers a wide array of expertly crafted cocktails, alongside a curated selection of bar snacks. Beyond the drinks, TicTic is a three-story house of fun, designed for adventure, unique experiences, and unforgettable nights out.
We are seeking a Bar Supervisor with exceptional mixology skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of cocktail preparation, from classic recipes to innovative creations, and a passion for exploring new trends in mixology. You must be fast-thinking, creative, friendly, and patient, ensuring our high standards are maintained as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertly create and serve a variety of cocktails with flair and precision.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of ingredients, spirits, and mixology techniques.
Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging confidently and warmly with clients.
Train and inspire junior bar staff in cocktail-making and service standards.
Ensure the bar is always clean, stocked, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Key Qualifications:
Extensive experience in cocktails and mixology is a must. You should know how to craft everything from the perfect Old Fashioned to the latest mixology trends.
Strong English communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
A serious attitude towards building a career in the hospitality industry, with ambitions to grow into management and leadership roles.
Proactive, independent, and able to think creatively under pressure.
Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with customers.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary starting at $500 (negotiable for the right candidate), with potential for paid overtime.
6 shifts per week, 8 hours each.
18 paid vacation days annually, plus Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben holidays.
