Job Responsibilities
-To support all departments to improve the process and operation. Find the lack point, then give the advice to improve
-To assist and profile the documents in the proper management.
-To support to administrative task in the whole department
Support and consult for new idea to transfer into process of operation
-Communication with other departments to support the operation.
-To be assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
Technical requirement:
-Hold a Bachelor's degree of all any related fields.
-Not required experiences (related experience in a similar role is the plus)
-Skill on Microsoft office and Email (Excel and Google sheet is the must)
-Presentation skill experience (any presentation type)
-Have a good communication in English.
Personality Requirement:
-Excellent morality & professionalism
-Strong communication with cross department
-Great time management and strong commitment toward tasks
-Innovative, creative thinking and able to work in Agile team
-Patients and willing to sharing & Learning.
